This release includes enhancements to EPIC Contact uploads, eSign document handling, and other improvements designed to enhance the user experience.

Enhancements

‍Enhanced source availability for EPIC Contact Uploads. Input files are not required to be from EPIC exclusively.

Bug Fixes

‍Improved eSign document upload handling. Multi-document file selection is facilitated.
Improved fax handling within the Bridge CRM UI.
Improved user emulation for Bridge User Voicemail, allowing Admins to access/assign user voicemail

Items we are still working on

‍Inconsistency of Hawksoft Caller Screen pops, and the ability to export data to Hawksoft is currently in Beta and will be released soon to the Bridge community.
